Return Policy For all returns, please contact www.returns@advancedproductsonline.comIf you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 7-days after receipt. A return authorization must be given by us within the 7-day time frame and must be returned in original packaging and insured. A refund less all delivery charges (to and from you) will be deducted from the credit issued. (Even though the item purchased was offered with FREE shipping, we still incur these charges. In the event of a return all shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the credit issued.) For orders of $500.00 or more, Advanced Products will charge an additional 15% Restocking Fee to prepare the item for re-sale. If your item needs to be returned, exchanged, or repaired due to damage or defect, then you must contact us within 7-days after receipt. After 30 days, all items are covered by each Manufacturer's warranty.
